As per Article 10, Section 2 of Local 88 Bylaws the Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall be composed of the President, Vice President, Recording Secretary and Chairperson of the Trustees. Therefore the committee members include Brent Tree, Kim DeGraaf, and Dan Borthwick.

The Constitution of Local 88 shall be the Constitution of the CAW National Union and the bylaws of CAW Local 88.

The bylaws shall be amended, altered or revised only in conformity with Article 19 of CAW Local 88 Bylaws.

The Local Union Constitution and Bylaws Committee meets as needed to review a resolution or motion calling for amendment, alteration or revision of a bylaw.
