Welcome to the Local 88 Executive Board.

The Local Union Executive Board has the duty and obligation to support, advance and carry out all provisions of the Constitution of the CAW, all official policies of the National Union, and all official policies of the Local Union, to the extent where they remain consistent with National policies and the Constitution.

The Local Union Executive Board has the authority to represent the Local Union between meetings when urgent business requires action. However, the Executive Board must not transact any business that may affect the vital interests of the Local Union until it has the approval of the membership.

The Local Union Executive Board has the following Executive Officers: President, Vice-President, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary, Trustees (3), Sergeant-at-Arms, Guide, three Members-at-Large (Youth, Skilled Trades Representative and Plant Chairperson) and Retired Worker Chairperson. The Local Union Executive Board convenes the monthly Local Union Executive Board Meetings on the Tuesday prior to the last Sunday of each month. Each Executive Board Officer is a liaison to one of the Local Union Standing Committees.
