The Inplant Committee is the sole representatives of the Union body here at Cami. We are tri-annually elected to represent the entire hourly workforce on issues ranging from grievances, job postings, to all of our contractual benefits. The committee, through specialty reps also offers services ranging from Health and Safety, Time Standards, Employee Assistance Programs, Medical Placement, Ergonomics, and Human Rights among others. We negotiate a new Collective Agreement every three years on behalf of the membership that deals directly with all of the issues of your employment needs.
